Fixing a PC Is Like Working On A Home

PC Error

Yet another thing to fix…

I haven’t posted for a while because the main hard drive on my PC began making some darn awful noises on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and totally died about 24 hours later. It was nearly a week before I was able to get a new hard drive installed, but then I had some problems with loading software and it wasn’t until yesterday that I was really able to get everything up and running again to the point that I was two weeks ago.

In a lot of way this was like any other “improvement” project I’ve attempted in my home. I had a fairly decent idea of how to start, but as I got into the project I found more and more complexities and challenges which I didn’t at first anticipate. I normally get pretty upset when things don’t work, but I found that I was fairly calm through this whole ordeal and I generally just rolled with the punches until I had all the problems solved.

I’d like to attribute that Zen attitude towards problem solving to all the learning I’ve done with all the projects I’ve done around my house, but it’s probably just because I’m getting older :-)

Information Improvisation
Thinking about building your dream house? In today’s world that is not a problem since many house plans are advertised by companies. Various issues have to be considered while building a house. One being, the ordering of such plumbing supplies. Today there are so many options are available for flooring such as tiles, wood, marble etc. Similarly some people are cautious and therefore want a home security system. When it comes to decorating your dream house carpet and furnishings are a must. Those who do not want too much frivolity always have the option of area rugs. The people who have low incomes and cannot afford their own houses can always opt for low income housing schemes or plan which don’t put a financial burden on them.
