If you enjoy working on home improvement projects like I do, then you probably like tools. I generally buy tools based on the jobs I have to accomplish, but sometimes I pick up a little tool here and there because it either looks pretty darn cool or I really want to find home improvement project just to use it on!
There are several different sites that offer “daily tool specials” and with most of these sites if you don’t buy the special that day, you’re out of luck. In some cases the tools you missed might be featured again at a later time, but you never know for sure, so if you see a tool you like or need you should probably grab it while you can. That being said, most of these sites also offer online tool stores that have a huge selection of discounted power tools, hand tools and other home improvement gadgets and supplies.
One Tool A Day – Another great site for picking up deals on tools, OneToolADay.com seems to have a little wider variety of tools for sale, depending on the day. You might find a power cord one day and a power tool the next. OneToolADay is also run by a big online tool store called ToolAuthority.com. If you miss a deal on OneToolADay then you can go over to ToolAuthority and probably find something similar. The ToolAuthority site appears to be smaller than ToolKing.com, but it’s still worth checking out if ToolKing doesn’t have what you’re looking for.

Even if you don’t need to buy any tools immediately, surfing through some of these sites and marveling all the clever gadgets and cool tools is the next best thing to sauntering through the aisles of your local home improvement store with a big fat gift card!
